Our ordering and returns policy.
In order to keep costs to a minimum we post all orders by Royal mail second class delivery at a cost of £2.95 per order, please allow 7-10 days for delivery. No signatures are required on standard delivery.
Payment couldn’t be easier – either by credit/debit card by secure Server using Paypal, one of the world’s leading internet payment providers (you don’t need a Paypal account and you can use most types of card including Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Delta and Solo). All online transactions are subject to validation checks by the card issuer and processed using a secure server. None of the purchaser’s card details are retained by us but are forwarded directly to the processing bank as you make your purchase. Payment may only be made in pounds sterling (GBP£).
If you return an item within 28 days of receipt, we’ll give you back the amount you paid for the item (see under cancellations below) or offer an exchange, whichever you prefer. You will be responsible for the items until they are returned and signed for by us. We suggest you use the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to return any items. Items must be undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging and returned with your receipt.
When returning goods which you bought using a discount or offer, we will adjust the refund accordingly.
How do I return my items?

Please include a note as to whether they are for refund or exchange as well as what item you would like to exchange them for. Don’t forget to include your name and address, and order ref number.
No problem. Just send the item back to us and, depending on your preferences and stock levels, we’ll either exchange it or give you a full refund.
Do I have to pay for postage if I want to exchange an item?
Unless you have an offer providing free returns then you will have to pay for return postage yourself. However, we will happily post you out a different size or style for free.
What if I want to exchange my item for something cheaper or more expensive?
We will refund the price difference between your item and a cheaper one, or require extra payment to match the price of a more expensive one.
How long do I have to exchange items?
As with returns, we offer you 28 days to make your mind up.
Will I get back the original postage and packing charges that I paid if I cancel my order?
If you are in the European Union and you cancel your order within fourteen days after the day you get your goods, and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order (if any), in accordance with The Consumer Contracts Regulations.
You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us. We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the fourteen days allowed under The Consumer Contracts Regulations or if you only cancel part of your order (although you still have 28 days to return your goods and receive a refund for the cost of the goods).
We respect your concerns about privacy and follow strict procedures to protect customers’ information. Postal addresses and telephone numbers are used for processing orders, delivering merchandise and for when communication is needed. We do not disclose your information or provide any of your details to third parties.
